If the account is banned due to policy violation, creating a new Facebook account and linking it to your Instagram account can resolve the error.
For this, log in to your Instagram account through a web browser. Click on Settings and if you have a Facebook account linked to it, remove it.
Create a new temporary Facebook account just for logging into your Instagram account.
Now, take another mobile phone and log in to your Instagram account. Go to the Settings and link this new Facebook account to it.
After linking the account, uninstall the Instagram app and install it again.
Try logging in to your Instagram account through the new Facebook account and the error would be gone for good.
Disable the account temporarily
Log into your Instagram account through a web browser.
Go to Settings and look for “Temporarily disable my account” option. Click on it and enter your Instagram password to confirm the selection.
